This calculator compares the cost of charging your EV versus fueling a petrol car for the same distance.
📐 Calculation Formula – गणना सूत्र
EV Charging Cost = Battery Size × (1 – Current Charge) × Electricity Rate
Petrol Cost for Same Distance = (Battery Capacity in kWh × EV Efficiency) × Petrol Price ÷ Petrol Car Efficiency
Example: 30 kWh battery from 20% to 100% at ₹8/kWh:
Cost = 30 × 0.8 × 8 = ₹192 for ~240 km range
